Purpose of the site

ArchitectureMapper is a collaborative map of architecture. Visitors can browse places, and anyone can suggest new places or add photos through online forms. Every submission is reviewed manually before publication.

Intellectual property

The name ArchitectureMapper, the logo, the design of the site and its original editorial content are protected. Photographs remain the property of their authors, who are credited on each place page. Content submitted by users is published under the license described in our Terms of Use.

Database protection

The ArchitectureMapper database (the selection and arrangement of places, and the associated titles, descriptions, coordinates, categories and other data) is the result of a substantial investment and is protected under Articles L.341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (EU Directive 96/9/EC).

Any extraction or reuse of all or a substantial part of the database, including the repeated and systematic extraction of smaller parts, by any means (including scraping, crawlers or other automated tools), is prohibited without our prior written consent.
