An office building designed as a sequence of articulated volumes rather than a single continuous bar. Automated brise-soleil in warm tones give the facade depth and a changing appearance as light shifts through the day. Glazed vertical gaps between volumes bring daylight into internal circulation and create moments of transparency from the public realm. The interior is planned for flexibility, allowing different tenant sizes while maintaining an overall coherence. It is workplace architecture that uses environmental control devices and massing composition to produce identity, not just a logo on the facade.
