Batignolles O7
Office · by Chartier Dalix Architectes · 2017
France
An office building shaped by the rail corridor beside it: horizontal bands and alternating solid/glazed layers echo the logic of tracks and platforms. Flexible floor plates and generous daylighting support changing tenants over time, while the façade’s depth—screens, reveals, terraces—adds texture without losing the building’s crisp industrial calm.
