A minimalist residence perched on the Atlantic coast, Casa del Infinito is a pure horizontal platform of white concrete that appears to float at the edge of the sea. Designed by Spanish architect Alberto Campo Baeza, the house is conceived as a dialogue between the built and the infinite — the solid ground meeting the open sky and ocean. A single flat roof, flush with the landscape, frames the horizon as if it were a living canvas. The interior is stripped to its essentials, letting light, shadow, and the surrounding landscape become the primary architectural elements. It stands as one of Campo Baeza’s most celebrated works, embodying his philosophy that architecture is “frozen music made of light.”
