The building’s defining move is a vast, triangular concrete vault carried by only three supports, creating an enormous column-free interior. That clear span has allowed the structure to be reprogrammed repeatedly, from exhibition hall to a contemporary mix of retail, events, and offices. Seen from outside, the engineering reads as architecture: a single sweeping surface that turns structural logic into a civic monument. The experience is about scale—entering feels like stepping under a man-made landscape rather than into a conventional building.
