Denmark
A mixed-use stack of shifting volumes that acts like a miniature city block on the waterfront. Rather than a single ‘front’, it offers multiple entrances, bridges, and viewing points that choreograph movement through and around it. Public routes and terraces invite lingering, while the building’s massing frames glimpses of the harbor and nearby landmarks. It’s as much about creating urban connections as it is about housing exhibitions and workspaces.
