Daunay housing

The small residential project turns a modest programme into a precise exercise in volume and neighbourly fit. Rather than forcing a single block into the site, it breaks the mass so the building can negotiate the heterogeneous character of the impasse around it. Openings and terraces help preserve privacy while still giving the dwellings generous light. Its appeal comes from how much architectural intelligence is concentrated into a very compact operation.
