Domaine de la Rose

Domaine de la Rose / “Maison Rose” (Grasse, Alpes-Maritimes) — NeM Architectes (Lucie Niney & Thibault Marca) transform a historic horticultural estate for Lancôme into a pink, monolithic landmark with a circular “Ô” entry. The project pairs the rehabilitation of the main house with a partly subterranean distillery and an agricultural shed woven into the site’s terraced landscape; delivered in 2023, about 737 m², BDM Gold. The 7-hectare estate is organically farmed (rose centifolia, jasmine, tuberose, iris) and opens to visitors monthly.
