Urban planning · by Yves Bayard, Jacques Charon · 1993
avenue d'Ester, Limoges, France
In the 1990s, Limoges initiated a revitalization strategy to modernize its image and enhance industrial vitality. As part of this effort, the municipality commissioned a building for technological research and scientific meetings, entrusting the design to architects Yves Bayard and Jacques Charon. Completed in 1993, the facility is situated within a 210-hectare business park along the A20 highway, located between the La Bastide and Beaubreuil neighborhoods.
