The renovation and expansion of a 19th-century brewery in central Barcelona, transforming it into a restaurant, bar, and microbrewery complex. The design preserves the original industrial vaults and ironwork while inserting a new glass-roofed public space that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor dining.
