Immeuble à logements dit immeuble de l'ancien Garage Atlas
House · by Georges Trévoux · 1929
67 avenue de Saxe ; rue Leroyer, Lyon 3e Arrondissement;Métropole de Lyon, France
Constructed in 1929, the building occupies an entire block and consists of two structurally separate entities: a seven-story residential building on Avenue de Saxe and the Atlas garage, formerly known as Etablissements Bollache, Laroque & Cie, a Renault dealership on Rue de Bonnel. This complex is notable for its unique original program of a luxurious garage and the distinctive design of the residential building's facade, which urban planning regulations at the time reserved for commercial and residential use. The garage has since been replaced by the Mercure Lafayette hotel, which utilizes the space for its parking needs.
