Immeuble aux fausses ruines

The building at 11b Rue Pierre Nicole in Paris, constructed between 1979 and 1980, was designed by the architectural firm ed architectes. It comprises five residential units, including two duplex apartments. The façade features multiple setbacks and 45° angles, clad in white ceramic tiles with red exterior joinery. The ground floor displays a false ruin and a fresco, both created by artist Ngoc Duong. (pss-archi.eu)
