Immeubles
House · by Roger Anger, Pierre Puccinelli, Mario Heyman · 1962
11, 15, 19 rue Érard, Paris 12e Arrondissement, France
The building on Rue Érard, constructed between 1962 and 1969 by architects Roger Anger, Pierre Puccinelli, and Mario Heyman, features three towers arranged diagonally in relation to the street. These towers are interconnected by the protrusions of corner apartments. Rising 20 stories, the structure is made of concrete and showcases a dynamic interplay of volumes, a hallmark of the architects' residential projects in Paris, such as those on Rue des Pyrénées and Rue de Lourmel. A series of setbacks on the façade adds depth, enhancing the visual rhythm of solid and void elements.
