An industrial shell repurposed into a creative engine: generous floor-to-floor heights, rugged surfaces, and studios that can tolerate mess, making, and noise. The character comes from the collision of old and new—raw structure paired with precise interventions—so the building feels like a workshop that also knows how to host exhibitions.
