Logements ZAC Port Marianne

A contemporary housing development that treats the facade as a three-dimensional field rather than a flat skin. Living volumes are stacked over a shared base, forming a compact urban unit suited to high-density neighborhood growth. Balconies and openings are composed to create depth and shadow, giving the exterior a changing texture as light shifts. The architecture is pragmatic—clear structure and repetition—but uses geometry to avoid sameness across the elevation. It shows how everyday residential construction can still achieve character through proportion, depth, and careful control of the building’s edges.
