House · by Yves Hémar · 1928
87 boulevard du Décollé, Saint-Lunaire, France
The villa Le Revenant was designed by architect Yves Hémar for Baroness de Gargan in 1928, located at 87 boulevard du Décollé in Saint-Lunaire, France. Constructed with granite, the building features the characteristics of a Breton manor set amidst a rolling garden. It has a slate roof with dormer windows, accommodating two upper floors above the ground level. The design includes a central rectangular volume flanked by two gabled wings. A conical-roofed stair turret highlights the main composition axis along the street, while the entrance is positioned beneath a sheltered porch to the left.
