14 Boulevard Vauban, 59800 Lille, France

The Palais Rameau, located at 14 Boulevard Vauban, 59800 Lille, France, is a historic building constructed in 1878 through the legacy of Charles Rameau, President of the Lille Horticultural Society. Designed by architects Auguste Mourcou and Henri Contamine, its architecture combines regional and oriental influences, resembling a horticultural greenhouse. Originally intended for floral and fruit exhibitions, as well as music and arts events, the building was classified as a historic monument in 2002. In 2024, the Palais Rameau underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation led by Atelier 9.81 and Perrot & Richard Architectes, transforming it into a hub for higher education, research, and innovation, while preserving its historical essence.
