An industrial wedge at the hinge of two canals is reimagined as a slow, cinematic sequence of rooms. Thick historic masonry and new, ultra-precise surfaces sit in deliberate tension: rough brick, silky concrete, deep shadows, and razor-edged openings. The result is less a ‘renovation’ than a new instrument for art—one that uses light wells and long enfilades to choreograph pace and attention.
