Riviera-Beaulieu Housing Development is a housing scheme in Casablanca associated with Alexandre Courtois, dated 1953–1955. The scheme is organized around repeated dwelling units, shared circulation and open space, making housing density part of the architectural expression. The architectural language emphasizes durable mineral surfaces, concrete or masonry construction, deep shadows and practical detailing rather than applied decoration. Designed by Alexandre Courtois, it uses a restrained modern vocabulary suited to its program and setting.
