Japan
Shinjuku Eastside is a mixed-use commercial and office complex in Japan designed by Mitsubishi Jisho Sekkei. Large floor plates and a landscaped perimeter help mediate between a high-density business program and the surrounding streets. Public-facing and private/service zones are organized to create legible thresholds and efficient movement. The project was completed in 2012.
