SIgnalgården

A social housing development tied to the AlmenBolig+ idea—homes that are intentionally adaptable and easy for residents to personalize. The architecture aims for pride without extravagance, balancing robust materials with a clear, recognizable identity. Outdoor areas and shared edges are treated as part of the housing offer, supporting neighborly life rather than isolating units. Affordable, but designed to feel ‘special’ in daily use.
