Uniqa Tower

Uniqa Tower sits at Untere Donaustraße 21-23 and was completed in 2004 to serve as the office tower for The Uniqa Insurance Group AG (corporately styled "UNIQA"), one of the largest insurance groups in its core markets of Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. The UNIQA Tower uses warmth from the earth and is equipped with an environmentally friendly heating and cooling system. A third of the tower heating and cooling is regulated via this highly efficient circuit. One third of The structure's energy consumption is provided for by a heat pump and geothermal heating.
