Education · by Dubard de Gaillarbois André, Dubard de Gaillarbois Denis, Clauzier Robert, Uhalde-Bernier · 1972
57 rue Pierre-Taittinger, Reims, France
The establishment of a new district, the ZUP de la Croix-Rouge, was initiated in Reims in 1962, followed by an architecture competition in 1964 won by architects Damery, Vetter, and Weil. This area was specifically designed to house a university campus, which welcomed its first students in the 1970 academic year. The project contributed significantly to the urban development of Reims, integrating educational facilities into the community.
