Urban Podium

Conceived as a dense urban stage rather than a simple housing plinth, this project stacks living, circulation and public life into a compact vertical composition. Its sharp geometry and open lower levels turn the building into an active piece of citymaking, giving the neighbourhood a civic-like platform for everyday movement and encounter.
