Villa Fioretti

Designed by Innocenzo Prezzavento and completed in 1982, this private villa in the Ascoli Piceno province of the Marche region demonstrates how modern architectural language could be adapted to the hilly landscape of central Italy. The house responds to the topography and rural character of its setting while maintaining a clearly contemporary identity through its geometric forms and material palette. The project is part of Prezzavento's body of residential work in the Marche.
