25-57 rue Alexandre Soljenitsyne, Évry-Courcouronnes, France

The artisanal center of Évry, located in the Champs-Élysées neighborhood, is a collaborative initiative between the EPEVRY (Public Establishment of the New Town of Évry) and the Chamber of Trades of Versailles, which serves the Yvelines, Essonne, and Val d'Oise departments. The project aims to support the establishment of a sufficient number of artisans within the new town. To streamline implementation and reduce costs, the decision was made to organize artisans across three sites, each designated for specific types of activities.
