The renovation turns a corner retail landmark into an illuminated urban sign, using curved glass elements and lighting to emphasize motion at street level. A transparent café frontage extends the interior toward the sidewalk, blurring the boundary between consumption and spectacle. Inside, the program mixes everyday convenience with higher-end retail, so the building operates like a condensed slice of city life. More than a shopfront, it works as a piece of nightlife infrastructure—bright, legible, and designed to be seen from a distance.
