Quartier de l’Argonne ; 140 rue de l’Argonne, Orléans, France
The Église des Peuples-du-Monde, also known as the parish of Saint-Jean-Bosco, is located in the Argonne district in northeastern Orléans, France. It is part of one of the first significant social housing projects initiated in the Loiret prefecture during the late 1950s. The church was designed by architect Paul Winter and funded in part by war damages compensation for the destroyed Saint-Paul church in 1940. Construction began in 1961 and was completed in 1963, marking the church's establishment at the intersection of rue de l’Argonne and rue du Grand-Villiers.
