Part supermarket, part workspace, part parking structure, and part penthouse housing, this project thrives on improbable coexistence. The exposed concrete frame keeps the different worlds legible, while the upper dwellings feel unexpectedly detached from the bustle below, almost like a quiet settlement hovering over infrastructure.
