Paris, France
Housed within a historic Haussmannian building near Place du Palais-Royal, the Fondation Cartier's new home transforms a 19th-century landmark into a cutting-edge contemporary art venue. The design centers on a flexible exhibition system featuring five mobile platforms spanning 1,200 sqm, which can be repositioned at various heights to adapt to each show. With nearly 13,000 sqm of floor area, the space also includes an auditorium, a bookshop, educational facilities, and a restaurant.
