Groupe paroissial Saint-Michel : église, chapelle, salle de catéchisme, logements pour les religieux et les scouts

Religion · by Pierre Tauvel · 1960

rue Hector-Berlioz, Saint-Max, France

Designed by architect Pierre Tauvel from Nancy, the Saint-Michel parish group is located at the boundary of Saint-Max and Malzéville. Initiated by Abbé André Vailland, the project addresses the needs of residents in the surrounding neighborhoods that emerged after World War II. The new church replaces the temporary Sainte-Marie Goretti chapel, which had been set up in the stable of the former Saint-Michel farm. The complex includes the church, a chapel, a catechism hall, and housing for religious personnel and scouts.
