Housing Carabanchel

A housing project that uses façade depth and carefully placed openings to manage sun, privacy, and real outdoor use. The block is shaped around legible entries and shared circulation, giving residents clear ownership of thresholds and communal edges. Rather than relying on a signature form, the design builds character through proportion, repetition, and livable details.
