Circonvallazione Idroscalo, Segrate, Italy
IBM’s headquarters in Segrate, designed by Isolarchitetti, is conceived as a corporate campus embedded in a broad infrastructural landscape. The building supports large, flexible workspaces while maintaining a clear relationship with outdoor areas and circulation. Its contemporary envelope expresses efficiency and technological identity without isolating the site from its context. The project balances environmental performance ambitions with the logistical requirements of a major workplace.
