9 avenue François-Rabelais, Talence, France

The project, awarded first place in a competition in 1971 by the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales de la Gironde and the Ministry of Public Health, encompasses a comprehensive program. It includes general administration with a faculty council room, theoretical classrooms with nearby faculty offices, practical workshops for mechanics, pottery, painting, and cooking, as well as an audiovisual center featuring a conference room, auditorium, body expression room, and library. Additionally, it offers a student lounge with a restaurant and kitchen. Key components of the circular administration area were prefabricated off-site and assembled on location.
