The SPSE, or Southern European Pipeline Company, supplies oil to France as well as Switzerland, Germany, and Luxembourg from Fos-sur-Mer, passing through Lyon and Strasbourg. The control building for the pipeline, designed by architect Henri-Jean Calsat, features a refined architectural style situated in the heart of Fos’s industrial zone.
