La Ruche, centre d’accueil périscolaire

The architecture of the "La Ruche" after-school center in Tendon is rooted in an innovative project initiated by the municipality as part of a 2008 plan to enhance the local wood industry. Recognizing that local timber resources were being exported and processed abroad, the local chamber of trades and craftsmanship aimed to showcase the potential for constructing buildings using local wood through short supply chains. This initiative also seeks to provide growth support for local sawmills.
