A Confluence mixed-use building that combines housing with ground-level activity to reinforce street life. The design uses volumetric shifts and terraces to negotiate the scale of its urban block, creating variety within a compact footprint. Identity comes from depth, outdoor edges, and the way the building engages corners and streets, rather than from applied graphics. The project is urban rather than monumental—meant to be lived in and passed daily as part of the neighborhood. It illustrates how mixed-use infill can create character through massing and public interface while remaining functional and efficient.
