67, 107 avenue de Flandre ; 14, 24 rue Achereau, Paris 19e Arrondissement, France
The Orgues de Flandre complex, designed by German architect Martin von Treeck, was constructed between 1967 and 1979 on a six-hectare site consisting of two blocks between Avenue de Flandre and Rue Curial. It includes approximately 2000 social housing units commissioned by the Foyer du fonctionnaire et de la famille, adhering to height and density guidelines from the 1959 urban planning master plan. The development features four towers ranging from 25 to 38 stories (82.5 to 118 meters high) situated centrally, along with fifteen-story slabs along Avenue de Flandre, all built with reinforced concrete.
