Résidence Port-Cipriano
Urban planning · by Maurice Abelanet, Jean Dujol, Jacques Bourbon, Henri Lacalm · 1964
75 boulevard Desnoyer, Saint-Cyprien, France
The Port-Cipriano residential complex was one of the first built during the development of the Côte Vermeille. Named for its initial plans to include a port in this area, the actual port was later constructed further south. The site plan included features that were never realized, such as a bowling alley, mini-golf, volleyball court, daycare, and children's play areas. A panoramic restaurant was also proposed for the tower's top floor. Currently, the complex retains its original qualities and is well-maintained, although the shops have gradually closed.
