12 allée du vignoble, Reims, France

In 2005, Piper Heidsieck & Charles Heidsieck, acquired by Rémy Cointreau in 1988 and sold to EPI in 2011, opted to leave their historic headquarters in downtown Reims. This location housed ancient Gallo-Roman chalk pits and an extensive network of cellars and galleries excavated in the mid-19th century. The decision came under the guidance of Anne-Charlotte Amory, marking a new chapter for the champagne firm as it sought to redefine its identity within the region's viticultural landscape.
