France
A neighborhood facility that combines social support, cultural activity, and sport under one roof. The design organizes different functions so they can operate together without becoming a single undifferentiated hall. Clear circulation and daylight help the building feel welcoming and easy to navigate, reinforcing its civic role. The architecture treats everyday public life—classes, meetings, games, and informal gathering—as something worth giving spatial character. It is a compact piece of social infrastructure designed to be used intensively and to support a wide range of community activities.
