13-15 boulevard Joffre, Nancy, France

The Joffre-Saint-Thiébaut project, conceived by real estate developers Arthur Cahen and Jean Rigard in collaboration with BP, is designed as a modern multifunctional complex. Proposed to mayor Raymond Pinchard, it will occupy a six-hectare site near Nancy's freight station, bounded by boulevard Joffre and rue Saint-Thiébaut. The complex aims to integrate office spaces, commercial services, housing, and a business center. This initiative is part of the urban renewal program for the old Saint-Sébastien district, which includes the construction of several high-rise buildings.
