Netherlands

Conceived as a slender high-rise landmark, this tower stacks flexible office floors around a compact core to maximize daylight and views. A finely detailed façade balances transparency with solar control, giving the building a changing appearance as light conditions shift. At street level, the base is designed to mediate between the scale of the city and the verticality of the tower, concentrating entrances and services into a clear urban edge. Inside, regular structural spans support adaptable layouts, allowing tenants to reconfigure workspaces over time. The project’s value lies in its disciplined, efficient construction paired with a strong skyline presence.
