Cité d'artistes

The Cité d'artistes was commissioned by the Régie immobilière de la Ville de Paris, with project management delegated to SEMEA XV, following Michel Kagan's unsuccessful bid for a housing project near the André-Citroën park. Designed during the development of the Citroën-Cévennes ZAC, this site occupies 14 hectares of the former Citroën factory’s 42 hectares. The project reflects an integration of artistic living spaces within an urban context, aimed at fostering a creative community.
