Complexe Axone

Political support from Pierre Moscovici led to the establishment of the Axone complex in the early 21st century as a multifunctional venue for cultural and sports events. This structure aims to serve as a beacon of hope and attractiveness between Strasbourg and Besançon, capable of hosting national and international events. The chosen site is located on the outskirts of Montbéliard, in the Gros Pierrons neighborhood, on former agricultural land. Future urban development will be organized around a city boulevard, facilitating the revitalization of adjacent districts.
